Belle Lewis

Director/Mortgage Adviser 

Belle leads the Tussock Financial team to ensure the same excellent service is provided to all our clients. Belle is also one of the Tussock Financial advisers available for all mortgage enquires and is there to help every step of your home ownership journey.

Prior to becoming a mortgage adviser, Belle studied at the University of Canterbury completing her Masters in International Relations and Diplomacy. She wanted to pivot into a career that enables her to help others. 

In her spare time, you will find Belle out for walks in Canterbury & Marlborough, spending time with friends and family and playing the piano.

Peter Lewis

Mortgage Adviser 

Peter is one of the Tussock Financial advisers, bringing 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 12 years as a home loan adviser. He enjoys helping clients achieve their goals, whether that means purchasing their first home, moving into their next one, or investing in property. For Peter, the most rewarding part is guiding clients through the process and helping turn their goals and aspirations into reality.


Outside of work, Peter enjoys mountain biking, tramping and exploring the Canterbury and Marlborough outdoors. He is also a musician who enjoys performing, checking out live bands and spending time with family.

Alex McPhail

Client Relationship Support

Alex supports Peter and Belle as their client relationship support. Alex will be in touch with all clients helping with collating documents, putting their applications together and keeping them informed of progress. 

Outside of work, Alex enjoys travelling and exploring new places. Alex is also a big dog lover and always enjoys spending time with her four-legged friend Bruce.

Sam Lewis

Admin Support

Sam is the admin support for Tussock Financial. You may not see or hear from him, but he is busy behind the scenes completing documents, ensuring information is up to date and supporting the team with marketing and general admin work. 

Outside of work, Sam pursues a career in the creative arts. He is an actor, director and writer. Through this, he has also completed a Bachelor of Creativity in Drama.
